Anjali graduated with her Bachelors Degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Science and Technology in Charotar, India in 2018. Since that time, she has practiced as a Physiotherapist with a wide diversity of clientele including those with neurological, musculoskeletal, pediatric, orthopedic, sport, and motor vehicle related conditions.

Anjali made the decision to move from India to Canada in 2020 and then completed her Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Georgian College, while she worked through the demanding process of qualifying as a Registered Physiotherapist in Canada. Her Diploma and Fitness and Health Promotion allowed her to gain additional skills in communication, fitness assessment, injury management, personal training, nutrition, marketing & entrepreneurship, and health in diverse populations.

Anjali proudly became a Canadian Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapist of Ontario in 2020 and has been working in private practice Physiotherapy clinics since that time. She has had the opportunity to mentor under highly trained manual Physiotherapists as well as has completed postgraduate training in concussion management, dry needling, vestibular rehabilitation, cupping therapy and clinical pilates. Anjali is excited to continue her postgraduate education and pursue further postgraduate certifications in manual physiotherapy.

As a physiotherapist, Anjali's goal is to provide the best possible client care through results focused treatment and client education. Anjali values educating her clients about their conditions and working collaboratively with each of them on personalized recovery plans . Anjali uses a combination of current & effective manual therapy techniques, dry needling and cupping, in combination with client & condition focused therapeutic exercise to maximize recovery for clients of all ages and ability levels.

In her spare time, Anjali enjoys sharing her passion for cooking and learning new cuisines with her husband. She also loves spending time with her family and friends while exploring the adventurous places around her and all that they have to offer. .
