Resolution’s S.A.F.E.R. Approach to Healthcare
At Resolution Physiotherapy & IMS Clinic in Barrie, the safety of our clients and team is of the utmost importance to us.
Given this challending time of COVID, we have implemented many policies to ensure we keep you S.A.F.E.R.

S. SCREENING all of our clients and team members to ensure safety for all
Prior to every appointment, clients will complete a COVID-19 screening questionnaire. Only clients who complete this questionnaire and are deemed low risk will be able to attend their in-clinic appointment.
Prior to every workday, Resolution team members will complete this same COVID-19 screening questionnaire.
A. ADJUSTING our workspace to maintain social distancing
Client appointment times will be staggered to enable social distancing, screening, and time for cleaning/sanitizing treatment areas and equipment.
Clinic waiting and treatment areas have been rearranged to allow for 2m physical distancing.
Treatment rooms have been arranged to ensure phsical distancing between clients.
Plexiglass screen guards have been installed at reception.
Clinic operating hours and clinician schedules will be adjusted to accommodate the above changes.
F. FOCUSSED EFFORTS on enhanced cleaning and disinfecting our clinic
Clinic will undergo a thorough cleaning each day with all contacted surfaces cleaned using Virox, a disinfectant recommended by Health Canada for use against COVID-19.
Following all treatment sessions, staff will clean any equipment used or surfaces touched.
Entry and exit doors have been upgraded to allow for hand free entrance and exit to our clinic.
E. EFFECTIVE usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Resolution is adhering to all PPE recommendations by provincial public health authorities and our local professional association including use of gloves, surgical masks and face shields.
All clients are required to use hand sanitizer and wear face masks (which will be provided if the client does not have their own).
All Physiotherapists and staff members will use hand sanitizer before and after every client and will be using appropriate PPE.

Quality of care for our clients is our highest priority. Our highly qualified team of Physiotherapists are so excited to, once again, help improve the quality of life for all of our clients.
In addition to offering in-clinic treatment, our clinicians are continuing to offer a range of services through Virtual Care. Using secure, video conference technology, our Virtual Care services allow you to receive one-on-one care from the comfort and safety of your home. Virtual Care can also be used in combination with in-clinic treatment to ensure continuity of care.
