Booty Butt Gluteus Medius Exercise from Resolution Physiotherapy & IMS Clinic. 

This is one of my favorite exercises for strengthening and rounding out your buttock. This exercise will not only make your buttock look better, it will help prevent low back or hip pain, and increase power with any sport.
